Initial counselling sessions with EVEC are completely free of charge. No refund is applicable as there is no fee collected.
Study Abroad Packages

IELTS / PTE Preparation

Event Registration
Most EVEC events (education fairs, webinars) are free to attend and require no deposit. Paid workshops follow the same policy as test preparation courses above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email mail@evec.com.np with:
- Your full name and registration number
- Service purchased and date of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (e.g., visa refusal letter)
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used.
Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances: government visa application fees, courier/documentation charges, third-party service fees paid on your behalf.
