From your first counselling session to post-arrival check-ins, EVEC's certified advisors cover every step of your study abroad journey.
Each service is delivered by specialists, not generalists. You get one counsellor who coordinates everything — so nothing falls through the cracks.
One-to-one sessions with certified counsellors. We map your goals, scores, finances, and lifestyle to a study-abroad plan that actually fits.
Many Nepali students arrive knowing they want to study abroad but unsure which country, course, or university will deliver the career outcome they have in mind. Our certified counsellors begin with a structured intake covering your academic background, English proficiency, budget, target career, and lifestyle preferences. From that session we build a shortlist of universities across your preferred destinations — with projected tuition, living costs, work-right entitlements, and post-study visa pathways included. EVEC does not earn placement commissions, so your shortlist is built entirely on fit, not on which university pays the highest referral fee.
End-to-end university applications, document review, and submission tracking. We send your file as if it were our own.
Getting an offer letter from a competitive UK or Australian university requires more than a filled form. Admissions committees read thousands of SOPs — yours needs to tell a coherent story about why this course, at this institution, at this point in your life. Our writers hold AIRC and QEAC certifications and have drafted successful SOPs across all 188 of our partner universities. We review transcripts for anomalies before submission, manage application portals on your behalf, follow up directly with admissions offices, and negotiate conditional offers toward unconditional wherever possible.
Intensive IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and SAT preparation at EVEC Learning Center, with certified trainers and weekly mock tests.
EVEC Learning Center runs morning and evening batches capped at 12 students, ensuring every learner gets dedicated speaking practice time each session. Each student receives a diagnostic mock test in week one that identifies their exact band or score gap, and the training plan is adjusted accordingly. IELTS speaking and writing — the two bands where most Nepali test-takers lose marks — receive dedicated 90-minute labs per week. Students who do not reach their target band within one course cycle are invited to repeat at no additional charge.
Visa interview practice, financial documentation, and a 97% success rate built on transparent guidance.
EVEC's 97% visa success rate spans UK Student Route, Australian Student Visa (subclass 500), Canadian Study Permit, US F-1, German Student Applicant Visa, and Japanese Student Visa. The most common reasons Nepali students receive refusals are weak financial documentation, unconvincing Statements of Purpose, and poor interview preparation. Our visa team audits your financial documents before submission — verifying account histories, source-of-funds letters, and sponsorship declarations meet each country's specific officer guidelines. Mock interviews are conducted under exam conditions using the same question sets encountered at the respective embassies.
Once your visa is granted, we guide you through bookings, OSHC, accommodation, and what to pack.
After visa approval, a first-time international traveller still faces dozens of logistical decisions: which flight, which suburb, which accommodation type, when to arrive, and what documentation to carry in hand luggage. EVEC provides a country-specific pre-departure checklist, connects you with student accommodation services in your destination city, arranges OSHC for Australia, and coordinates airport pickup in cities where our alumni network is active — including London, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto, and Tokyo.
Settling-in calls, study tips, and a network of EVEC alumni in every major destination city.
The most common reason Nepali students struggle in their first semester abroad is not academic — it is logistical. Opening a bank account, registering for a SIM card, finding a part-time job, and navigating unfamiliar public transport takes weeks without guidance. EVEC's alumni network spans 12 countries and over 40 cities. Every new EVEC student receives a welcome call within seven days of arriving, is connected with an alumni mentor in their destination city, and gets access to our closed WhatsApp groups for country-specific advice on work rights, banking, and accommodation.
No skipped stages, no surprise fees. Every EVEC student follows this proven pathway from first session to landing abroad.

"The SOP they wrote was exceptional. Every paragraph spoke directly to what the university was looking for. I got an unconditional offer from my first-choice university in the UK. Worth every rupee."
"My visa was rejected once before I came to EVEC. They analysed the refusal letter, rebuilt my entire file — finances, SOP, intent — and coached me for the re-interview. I got my Australia visa in 5 weeks."
"IELTS 7.5 after just 6 weeks of EVEC classes. The instructors are incredibly focused — they identified my weaknesses in speaking and writing and drilled exactly those areas. I was amazed at my improvement."
