Services Provided
EVEC provides study abroad consultancy services including, but not limited to:
- University selection and application support
- Visa application guidance and document preparation
- IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and SAT preparation classes
- Scholarship identification and application support
- Pre-departure and post-arrival orientation
Client Responsibilities
As a client of EVEC, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Submit all required documents within agreed timelines
- Pay agreed service fees as per the fee schedule
- Notify EVEC promptly of any changes to your circumstances
Important Disclaimers
EVEC provides consultancy and guidance only. We do not guarantee:
- University admission, as admission decisions rest solely with institutions
- Visa approval, as visa decisions are made by respective embassies/immigration authorities
- Specific scholarship outcomes
Our 97% visa success rate reflects our track record but is not a guarantee of outcome for any individual application.
Fees and Payments
Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Initial counselling sessions are offered free of charge. Fees for specific services (visa processing, test preparation, etc.) must be paid as per the agreed schedule. All fees are in Nepalese Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of EVEC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
EVEC's liability is limited to the total service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of this website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, EVEC will retain fees for services already rendered. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
